Workout #4 of the Summer Shred Program.
Outline

This workout is primarily an outdoor workout, although it can also be performed in a gym. Begin the workout with a 2-4 mile run depending upon your fitness level. Be sure to stretch before and after the run. After the run is a four exercise circuit consisting of burpees, lunges, box jumps, and situps. The lunges are not weighted and the "box jumps" can be performed on a curb side. Feel free to improvise for each exercise or add in your favorite outdoor cardio exercises. This exercise is a fun way to mix up your time in the gym with something outside.
