Outline

This workout consists of six chest and back exercises performed in three supersets, alternating between chest and back, and ends with a core workout. Each exercise is performed for five sets at a higher rep count. The higher rep count, combined with the supersets, provides a high tempo workout that will build strength and also burn maximum calories to help get you ready for beach season.
