Week 4 race day prep workout for the 5K Prep Program.

This is the last workout before your 5K event. Run for 20 minutes alternating one minute at a moderate pace and one minute at a fast pace. If you have access to your 5K event course, run this tempo run at the location. Mentally map out the start, mile markers, and finish. Identify parts of the course where you will make your final kick and visualize your strategy for the course.
