5K Prep - Week 2 - Tempo Run

Week 2 Tempo Run for the 5K Prep Program.
Run for a total of 30 minutes, alternating between 1:30 at a moderate pace and 1:30 at a fast pace. At a "moderate pace" you should be able to carry a conversation while you run, while a "fast pace" should be above that threshold.
Notes: 10 sets of 1:30 moderate and 1:30 fast
