5K Prep - Week 1 - Tempo Run

Week 1 Tempo Run for the 5K Prep Program.
Run for a total of 30 minutes, alternating between two minutes at a moderate pace and one minute at a fast pace. At a "moderate pace" you should be able to carry a conversation while you run, while a "fast pace" should be above that threshold.
Notes: tempo run - 10 sets of 2 minutes moderate and 1 minute fast
