This program consists of three weekend challenges. Each workout adds a twist to the standard weekend workout or jog. Each workout can also be performed with a partner to fuel the competition.
Week 1 - This workout takes your core and cardio outdoors. Get your cardio and core in with this all-in-one playground circuit workout.
Week 2 - Get a friend to introduce some competition to this workout. This workout is 5 sets of 800 meters on a rowing machine. Try to maintain your time each set. Challenge your friend to see who can get the fastest sets.
Week 3 - Take your cardio outdoors to complete this speed workout.
